Charter navigated an extensive 3-year complete repositioning of the property which brought it to its full potential as a best-in-class asset.
The redevelopment included new storefronts and facades, new and reconfigured parking lots, new circulation patterns and drive aisles, site lighting, infrastructure upgrades, monument and pylon signs, and a new traffic light linking both sides of the property across South Quinsigamond Avenue. In all, more than thirty in-line or junior anchor tenant spaces were either re-leased to new tenants, or renegotiated with tenants in place during the ownership period.
