Charter Realty is pleased to announce that on behalf of Donut Crazy, it has arranged a lease transaction in The Atwood Center. The tenant, represented by Dan Zelson, leased 876sf to Donut Crazy at 993 Farmington Avenue in West Hartford, CT.
The new store is in the vicinity of a Chico’s, Lululemon Athletica, California Closets and Starbucks.
Donut Crazy is a company known for its unique doughnuts with three dozen different doughnut flavors. The company also offers regular breakfast options ranging from coffee to bagels. Donut Crazy has several locations in Connecticut with stores in Stratford, Shelton, New Haven, Westport and Bridgeport.
