Anthony Ludden joined Charter Realty in November 2013. He is responsible for hands-on and day-to-day operations of multi-site, multi-state community and grocery-anchored shopping centers, as well as single tenant net leased properties. In addition, he is responsible for planning, controlling and directing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties while maintaining effective and harmonious tenant relations in line with the financial objectives, value and integrity of the real estate.

Prior to joining Charter, Anthony spent over 13 years in commercial and residential construction in New England and Chicago, and 7 years as production manager in an industrial chemical manufacturing plant in Michigan.

Anthony has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from National University of Ireland (Galway).  He is a Licensed Construction Supervisor by the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety Board of Building Regulations and Standards and a LEED Accredited Professional by the Green Building Certification Institute.  He resides in Holden, Massachusetts, with his wife and two children.
