Ross Galloway joined Charter Realty in 2021, where he focuses on Tenant and Landlord representation both in New York and across New England markets. He came to Charter with an extensive background consisting of over 20 years of experience in retail real estate, convenience store industry and single tenant development work.
Prior to joining Charter, Ross had spent nearly ten years working in the convenience store industry for Nouria Energy as Director of Real Estate, Cumberland Farms as a preferred developer and Stewart’s Shops as Real Estate Manager. He also worked for Save-A-Lot Food Stores as Director of Store Development in New York and New England. Ross has performed market strategy and site selection for various retailers throughout the Northeast. He has extensive background in pre-development due diligence activities and permitting of retail projects.
Ross represented Subway Real Estate Corp. and Subway Development of Albany in store growth and in lease negotiations. This work led to a 14-year career as a Franchisee of three stores while working full-time in real estate.
Ross holds a New York State real estate license and is an active member of the ICSC. Ross is a graduate of Berkshire School and Ithaca College and resides in the Saratoga Springs, NY area.
