Charter was brought in to represent and reimagine The Loop for institutional owner Invesco. This 340,000 sf center faced large vacancy after losing its supermarket and had almost 60 percent of it tenants turning over.
Through a massive leasing campaign Charter was able to fill the center with national and strong regional tenants, add pad sites and create additional space within the center. Over a period of 2 years occupancy was brought to 100% and sales volumes increased significantly. The center was repositioned and was able to be sold.
