Chris Timboe is an investment sales broker at Charter Realty, specializing in the sale of single-tenant net lease properties and retail investment assets nationwide. He provides advisory and transactional services to private investors, developers, and 1031 exchange buyers. Chris works directly with clients to evaluate acquisition and disposition opportunities and to execute targeted marketing campaigns across the net lease sector.
Chris studied Finance and Accounting at Montana State University, where he developed a strong foundation in investment analysis, capital markets, and real estate finance. During his time at MSU, he co-founded an on-campus fly fishing club, served as a Senator representing the Jake Jabs College of Business, and sat on the ASMSU Finance Board, helping oversee the allocation of student fee funding.
Based in Bozeman, Montana, Chris embraces the region’s outdoor lifestyle and is an avid fly fisherman and mountain biker. He brings a relationship-driven mindset to his practice and is committed to building long-term partnerships while helping clients achieve their investment objectives.
