Everett Zelson - Charter Realty

Everett joined Charter Realty | Zelco Properties in 2024. Prior to joining Charter | Zelco, Everett spent considerable time in the food and beverage space. After graduating from high school, Everett spent six months at Cordon Bleu Culinary School and, after finishing, launched an at-home bakery that donated half of its proceeds to the James Beard Foundation Pandemic Relief Fund. Everett launched a startup in the food and beverage space at Cornell University’s Rev: Ithaca Startup Works with his brother Asher.

Everett graduated from Cornell University in December 2023. During his time there, Everett volunteered as an emergency medical technician with Cornell University Emergency Medical Service.

At Charter, Everett represents numerous lifestyle and F&B brands, including BARVIDA, Lazy Sister, and VIO Med Spa. He represents properties owned by First National Realty Partners, Heidenberg Properties, Juster Properties, Haverford Retail Partners, and Grossman Development Group.

Everett is also active in Zelco’s acquisitions and development.

Everett grew up in Fairfield County, CT, and lives in Manhattan. He is licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York.
