Geordon joined Charter Realty with a focus on nationwide tenant advisory services.

Prior to joining Charter, Geordon spent six years as the in-house Real Estate Manager for the Lift Brands and Restore Hyper Wellness franchises. In his time at those companies, he oversaw the real estate process for over 200 new locations nationwide, including over 160 in a three year window. His in-house real estate experience allowed him to gain extensive knowledge of market analysis, site selection, and deal negotiation, build relationships with brokers and landlords across the country, and put site selection processes in place to help achieve rapid growth.

Geordon is a graduate of St. Ambrose University in Iowa, and currently resides in Austin, TX.
