Mike Rosa joined Charter Realty in January 2014 and plays an integral role in the company’s marketing and graphic design efforts. He develops comprehensive visual design packages, client presentations, and marketing materials that support the firm’s strategic initiatives. Mike also conducts in-depth market research to produce customized client reports, providing valuable insights into specific real estate markets.

Prior to joining Charter Realty, Mike worked with an international real estate firm and as a freelance graphic designer, where he specialized in creative design, marketing, and promotional materials.

Originally from Westchester County, NY, Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Communications from Franklin Pierce College in 2007. He currently resides in Fairfield County, CT, with his wife and two children.
