Rob is a seasoned professional with years of experience in the areas of commercial real estate finance, development and investment. Rob has been instrumental in sourcing and negotiating hundreds of millions in debt opportunities for many of New England’s tier one developers and as a principal, Rob has spearheaded numerous development/investment projects, including ground-up development and acquisition of existing assets. Rob’s has extensive experience in site selection, contract negotiation, property entitlements, leasing and construction. Rob’s clients include many local, regional and national companies.

Rob is a graduate of The University of Connecticut, majoring in finance and real estate including their prestigious Center for Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies (CREUES); he was elected to Cheshire, CT’s Town Counsel and has served as their Chairman/Mayor for two terms. Rob is a past president of Cheshire Junior Football.

Rob enjoys spending time at the lake in Otis, MA. with his wife Monica and their dog Kobi. Rob and Monica have three adult children.
