Will Levendusky joined Charter Realty in 2025 and works across New England on landlord and tenant representation assignments. He supports leasing efforts through market research, site selection, canvassing, and financial analysis for clients on both the landlord and tenant side.

Will graduated from the College of Charleston in 2025 with a B.S. in Commercial Real Estate Finance, where he developed skills in valuation, market analysis, and financial modeling through project-based coursework. He is based in the Greater Boston area.
