Charter Realty has Leased 20,000sf to Planet Fitness Youngstown, OH
Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce it has leased 20,000 square feet to Planet Fitness at Boardman Plaza in Youngstown, OH. This is the 20th deal Charter has completed with Planet Fitness. Planet Fitness will occupy a portion of an 80,000 square foot vacancy that is being redeveloped in the center. Boardman Plaza is a 622,938 square foot center located on Boardman-Canfield Road that is anchored by Burlington Coat, Giant Eagle, Michaels, and Hobby Lobby. There are still 3 anchor positions available.
Planet Fitness, which started franchising in 2003, now has over 300 clubs in over 30 states.
Charter currently leases or owns over 14,900,000 square feet throughout the East Coast.
