Charter has leased over 57,000sf at The Loop in the Town of Methuen, MA. New tenants at the Loop include Starbucks – recently relocated to a 2,200sf pad space, a 20,300 sf Planet Fitness, a 1,774sf Crumbl Cookies, 1,120sf Experimax and One Stop Liquors, which is a 31,000-square-foot liquor store taking up part of the old Stop & Shop location. Tenants will be joining over 30 existing tenants at The Loop, including; AMC Theater and Marshall’s.
Hypoxi, a body design studio focusing on weight loss and body sculpting, as well as Crumble Cookies, a bakery that sells standard as well as specialty cookies opened for business late fall of 2020. One Stop Liquor is expected to open within the first quarter of 2021. Planet Fitness opened at the end of 2020.
The Loop is a 340,000sf open-air regional shopping center on 46 acres of property. It is the focal point of the area’s retail corridor that includes Target, Wal-Mart, Market Basket, Home Depot, Latitude Sports Club and popular farm stand store, Mann Orchards
