Charter Realty & Development Completes Second SoulCycle Lease
Charter Realty & Development is pleased to announce that it has arranged its second transaction on behalf of SoulCycle for an approximately 2,350 square foot space at the Rye Ridge Shopping Center in Rye Brook, NY. Peter Levine of Charter Realty & Development represented SoulCycle in direct dealings with Win Properties Inc. Prior to this transaction, Charter represented SoulCycle in an approximately 7,000 square foot lease at One Fawcett Place in Greenwich, CT.
