Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce that it has leased approximately 4,000 square feet to Anytime Fitness, LLC. They have committed to a new 10 year term. The space is located in Westgate Plaza on Congress Street in Portland Maine. The plaza, which totals 92,000 square feet, is anchored by Shaw’s Supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, and Advanced Auto.
Anytime Fitness opened before Thanksgiving and is seeing brisk membership activity. The fitness and personal training facility will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and also offers tanning.
