Charter Realty Announces the Leasing of a HomeGoods in Milford, CT
Charter Realty & Development Corporation is pleased to announce it has arranged a lease for 24,000 square feet for a HomeGoods store in the Milford Crossing Plaza. HomeGoods – a division of TJX Company – will be a part of Milford Crossings which is a development that is owned by Ceruzzi Holdings. Milford Crossing is a 390,000 square foot shopping center located on 49 acres in Milford, CT. The center is anchored by Walmart, Barnes & Noble and several others. HomeGoods will be taking over the space previously occupied by Circuit City.
