Charter Realty Announces the Leasing of a HomeGoods in New Milford, CT
Charter Realty & Development Corporation is pleased to announce it has arranged a lease for 28,000 square feet for a HomeGoods store in the Kohls Plaza – New Milford, CT. HomeGoods will be a part of Litchfield Crossings which is a new development that is being built by Scalzo Realty. Litchfield Crossings is a 282,000 square foot project that is located on Route 7.
CRDC owns or leases over 14 million square feet of shopping centers throughout the northeast. The company has recently started a Downtown & Lifestyle Division. In addition to this project, the Downtown & Lifestyle Division is developing Bedford Square a $150 million project in downtown Westport, CT at the intersection of Route 1 and Main Street.
