Charter Realty & Development is pleased to announce that it has arranged a 10,890 square foot lease for Deals and a 989 square foot lease for Subway at the Pitkin Theatre Center located in Brooklyn, NY. Charter Realty co-broked with Ripco Real Estate on the Deals lease.
Formerly the Lowe’s Pitkin Theatre, the center underwent a $43M re-development and its upper floors will be occupied by Ascend Charter School, bringing approximately 1,100 students and employees to the site daily. The site still has a 1,090 square foot space available and was redeveloped by POKO.
