Charter Realty & Development is pleased to announce that it has secured a 29,451 SF lease for HomeSense at Enfield Commons in Enfield, CT. The center is located at 25 Hazard Avenue and is owned by Paramount Realty.
Enfield Commons is a 281,000 SF center and current tenants include Aldi, Marshalls, Michaels, Old Navy, Petco and Olive Garden.
HomeSense offers a shopping experience that complements its sister retail banner, HomeGoods, with expanded departments such as large-scale furniture, lighting and art, as well as new departments like a general store.
Charter has completed more than 40 leases with TJX, the parent company of TJMaxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, HomeSense, and Sierra Trading Company.
HomeSense is expected to open in the Enfield Commons Shopping Center by the end of 2019.
