Charter Realty & Development is pleased to announce that it has completed a number of leasing deals at Twin Lakes Center in Cary, NC. Twin Lakes is a mixed-use development, which started construction in 2018 and is located at the intersection of Airport Blvd & Davis Drive. The Center is anchored by a 130,000sf Wegmans supermarket.
Charter Realty has leased a 4,276sf space to PM Pediatrics, a specialized urgent care facility for children and young adults, as well as a 1,975sf space to Paris Nail Bar. In addition, leases for a 1,268sf Great Clips and a 3,000sf Sun Trust Bank were completed.
Also, within Twin Lakes Center, Charter has leased 1,384 sf to Biryani Maxx, an Indian restaurant focusing on Hyderabadi cuisine, as well as 1,500sf to Andy’s Frozen Custard.
Most recently, a 3,200sf lease was completed for Hollywood Feed, a natural and holistic pet specialty retail store with over 90 locations in the U.S.
The center is expected to open later in 2019, and there are currently still three spaces left to lease.
