Charter Realty filled up Dunning Farms Shopping Center
Charter Realty & Development Corporation is pleased to announce after being brought on to lease Dunning Farms in Middletown New York 4 months ago that the center is leased to 100% capacity.
Charter has signed three leases and one relocation for a total of 90,372 square feet
- Ollies Bargain Basement has signed a lease for 30,775 square feet (Wide Waters Group co-broke)
- Groo Shoes has signed a lease for 3,880 square feet
- Nilsen Insurance has signed a lease for 1,175 square feet
- What-a-Store has relocated to a 28,000 square foot store
Dunning Farms is a 358,323 square foot center located off of Route 17 in Middletown NY and is anchored by retailers such as Toys-R-Us, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods to mention just a few.
