Charter Realty & Development Corp. Leased 24,000 Square Feet to Tractor Supply Company – Hazleton, PA
Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce it has leased 24,000 square feet to Tractor Supply Company in Valmont Plaza in Hazleton, PA. This is the 7th deal Charter has completed with Tractor Supply.
Tractor Supply Company is the largest retail farm and ranch store chain in the United States. The company operates more than 800 retail stores in over 40 states. They operate 92 stores.
Tractor Supply will kick off a renovation of Valmont Plaza. The 199,564 square foot center is also anchored by Big Lots. The center will be renovated in late 2010. Tractor Supply is set to open April 2010. Valmont Plaza is located on Susquehanna Road adjacent to Weiss Markets and Lowes.
Charter currently leases or owns over 14,900,000 square feet throughout the East Coast.
