Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce it has leased 27,000 square feet to Goodwill Store and Training Center in Midway Plaza. The store will be joining the 206,012 square foot center located on Pepperell Parkway in Opelika, AL. The center also contains Dollar General, Tuesday Morning and Performance Trucking. Goodwill is set to open in June.
Goodwill’s network of 166 independent, community based facilities in the United States and Canada offers customized job training, employment placement and other services to people who have disabilities, lack education or job experience or face employment challenges.
Charter currently leases or owns over 14,900,000 square feet throughout the East Coast.
