Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce it has leased 81,000 square feet to Beiter’s Home Center in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The furniture store will become part of The East End Shopping Center and will open early summer 2010. The store will be joining Big Lots, Dollar Tree and many others. The opening of the store will kick off a re-tenanting of the 308,333 square foot center. Located on Route 309 it is close proximity to the Wyoming Valley Mall.
Beiter’s started in 1966 as an appliance store. The chain has grown to 6 stores throughout Pennsylvania. The stores offer furniture, bedding and electronics at attractive prices.
