Charter Realty & Development Corp. is pleased to announce it has nearly leased to capacity the Lake Shore Plaza II, a 94,800 square foot power center located at 565 – 595 Portion Road in Lake Ronkonkoma, NY. The shopping plaza is anchored by Sear’s, Regal Cinema’s and Waldbaums Grocery store. The latest additions to the center are Dollar Tree, occupying 10,700 square feet and Weight Watchers, occupying 2,200 square feet. There is currently 4,314 square feet left available on a pad site at this location.
