CRDC Signs Advance Auto Parts in S. Plainfield NJ

Charter Realty & Development is pleased to announce that it has leased space in Oak Park Commons to Advance Auto Parts.  Advance Auto Parts took 11,382sf and will be joining Dollar Tree, A&P, McDonalds, CVS, Subway, GNC, Wells Fargo, Goodyear, RadioShack, and H & R Block.  The center is now 95% leased.  The average household income within a 3 mile radius of Oak Park Commons is $124,454.  The traffic count for this location is 21,000 vehicles per day.  This deal was co-brokered by Rick Riccardi of NJ Commercial Realty.
