Family Dollar and a Subway Sandwich Shop are the latest additions to the 131,479 square foot plaza located at 120 Hoosick Street that is anchored by a Big Lots Store and a Save a Lot store along with other well know companies such as Dunkin Donuts, Radio Shack and Friendly’s. Family Dollar will by occupying an 8,000 square foot space and Subway will be moving into 2,000 square feet. Both leases were achieved with the help of Vanguard-Fine Company
