CRDC signs GNC and The Yoga Store to Medway Commons in MA

Charter Realty and Development is pleased to announce that, following the leasing of its final two suites, Medway Commons is fully occupied. This 120,000 square foot Development, opened by Charter Realty in 2005, now has added the Yoga Store and GNC to its list of tenants that include the anchor, Star Market as well as Starbucks, Verizon, and Subway.

GNC, or General Nutrition Centers, which is based in Pittsburgh, and has over 7,000 locations, is now occupying a 1,700 foot space in the Southern Portion of the center. GNC specializes in nutritional supplements such as vitamins, and dietary products. The space that GNC now occupies once belonged to a Postal Store. The lease was negotiated by Carol Hutchinson of Charter and Andrew Callahan of Atlantic Retail.

The Yoga Store in Medway is the first and only location of the Yoga Store brand. It is operating within a 4,500 foot space. The Yoga Store specializes in teaching yoga as well as selling apparel and accessories to the modern suburban Yogi. The Yoga Store is occupying a space near the new GNC at the southern end of the center. Carol Hutchinson also negotiated the Yoga Store deal.

Medway Commons is located in Medway Massachusetts on the town’s Main Street. The Town of Medway is an upper class suburb of Boston that is home to just over 10,000 people. The Center was first opened by Charter Realty in 2005.  It is conveniently located in the center of Medway Township. Medway Commons is also located at a traffic light, with access to Holliston Street, another one of the town’s main roads.
