Charter Realty Signs 2 b.good Restaurant deals – Portland, ME and Cranston RI

Charter Realty & Development Corp, as exclusive broker, is pleased to announce that is has signed two b.good deals.

The first deal will be for a new b.good location at 15 Exchange Street in Portland, ME. This new home for b.good recently opened to the public.

The second deal is at the Garden City Plaza on Route 2 in Cranston, RI. b.good joins the Container Store, Williams Sonoma and LA Fitness in this center.

b.good was started by two childhood best friends; the concept is based upon a simple idea: make fast-food real by making it by people, not factories.

b.good serves delicious food that people feel good about eating. The menu includes burgers and sandwiches, salads, sides and shakes. Whole cuts of beef are ground daily for burgers and the fries are baked and made from whole potatoes. Everything is made fresh on the premises from great, simple and real ingredients.
