Bryan joins Charter Realty after two decades of overseeing and adding value to some of the most prestigious retail portfolios in the Northeast. Bryan’s prior experience, most recently at Federal Realty and WS Development, saw him at the helm of almost 30 million square feet of retail properties throughout New England and Long Island focusing on value creation, development and operations of shopping centers and mixed-use properties. Bryan redeveloped dozens of shopping centers and master planned and assembled millions of square feet of urban and mixed-use projects.
Most recently, Bryan served as the Senior Vice President of Leasing at WS Development and managed the leasing of over $12 billion comprised of over 50 shopping centers in New England. Working with tenants ranging from Walmart to Whole Foods, Bryan specializes in leasing core retail assets to local, regional, and national tenants.
Bryan is a Certified Retail Professional (CRP) and a Certified Development Professional (CDP) with the International Council of Shopping Centers for which he is a past Chair of the New England Government Relations Committee and past member of the International Diversity Committee. He is on the Board of Directors at the Urban Bee Laboratory in Boston, is a Director at Fuller Village in Milton, MA, is a past member and chair of the Milton Planning Board, and a member of Milton’s elected Town Meeting.
Bryan splits his time between Milton, MA and Alton, NH with his family. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
