Charlene Sessa is a highly motivated, seasoned assistant to the firm and has been with Charter Realty since 2010. Charlene’s Real estate background began with her family-owned commercial properties as well as working for several years as manager of a Norwalk based real estate firm. This experience has helped Charlene to become a great asset to Charter Realty.

As our Director of Accounting & Operations, Charlene oversees much of the day-to-day activities of our offices. Charlene holds a Real Estate license in Connecticut and has direct involvement in marketing various properties within Charter’s portfolio.

In addition, Charlene oversees all accounting, information technology, and human resource activities.  In this role, she works to ensure corporate and property financials, across multiple states, are accurately maintained and reported.  Charlene also maintains the corporate books and records for all affiliated Charter entities and subdivisions.

Charlene, a lifelong Connecticut resident, currently resides in Fairfield County.
