Jeff Arsenault joined Charter Realty in 2024 focusing on retail advisory services in the Boston/ New England Region. In addition, he collaborates with colleagues throughout North America on behalf of the firm’s national clients.

Jeff has over 30 years of retail deal making experience completing transactions for both Landlords and Tenants throughout Boston, New England and national markets. His expertise includes strategic project leasing, planning and merchandising along with retailer/restaurant representation into new and existing markets. Jeff brings insight, creativity and vision to each deal with a systematic and successful conclusion on behalf of his clients.

He has both represented and completed deals with many institutional Landlords including Regency Centers, Kimco, Brixmor, Clarion Partners, Federal Realty Investment Trust, Invesco and Boston Properties to name a few. His Tenant representation work through the years includes X-Golf America, Orangetheory Fitness, SweatHouz, Walgreen’s, Eataly, Digital Credit Union (DCU), King Living, Laser MD MedSpa in addition to many boutique regional retail and restaurant brands.

Jeff’s history representing both Landlords and Tenants provides a unique perspective to the client allowing thoughtful, creative and successful negotiation and deal closing.

Prior to joining Charter Realty, he served as a Principal with Avison Young following his tenure at CBRE as Vice President. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and was a member of the varsity track and field team (serving as captain) attending on a Division One scholarship. He resides in RI with his wife Carolyn and family and struggles with the game of golf.
