Lisa Joseph Zelson graduated Cornell University in 1988 and then spent 12 years as a Financial Advisor at Smith Barney.  Following the birth of her third child she stepped away from finance to concentrate on motherhood as well as philanthropy.  She has served on the boards of the US Olympic and Paralympic Foundation, Near & Far Aid and Cornell University’s Advisory Board for the School of Arts & Sciences. Currently she is dedicating her energy to the area of Children’s Mental Wellness and is a “Power Mom” on the board of Your Mom Cares.  Stepping back into the working world to handle the finances of Charter Realty Company and Zelco is an especially rewarding opportunity.
