– Spencer O’Donnell Has More Than a Decade’s Worth of Experience as a Retail Investment Sales Broker
Brokerage and advisory firm Charter Realty has created a national investment sales division that will be led by Spencer O’Donnell.
O’Donnell, previously an associate vice president of Colliers International, has experience selling single-tenant net lease properties and shopping centers in the United States as well as providing consulting and transactional services to private and institutional owners, franchisees and developers. He’s spent more than 10 years as a retail investment sales broker, and at Charter has more than 2.2 million square feet of investment properties listed for sale across the country, according to a statement from the company.
“O’Donnell’s capabilities and relationships are a perfect fit at Charter,” Dan Zelson, Charter principal, said in the statement.
The new division aims to continue positioning the Connecticut-based firm as a leader in national commercial real estate, according to the statement. The team will be headquartered in the company’s office in Bozeman, Montana.
