Charter Realty Signs 2 Dollar Tree Deals -Brooklyn CT and East Haven CT
Charter Realty & Development Corp is pleased to announce as Dollar Tree’s exclusive broker in Connecticut, it has signed two deals.
The first deal was signed in Brooklyn, CT in Brooklyn Commons Shopping Center. Dollar Tree took 9,600sf and will be joining Ocean State Job Lot, Auto Zone, Rent-a-Center and Subway in the center.
The second deal was signed in East Haven CT in the TJMaxx Shopping Center. Dollar Tree took 9,050sf and joins TJMaxx, Hobby Lobby and Sleepy’s.
Dollar Tree stores offer a variety of national and private-label brands. Some of the product departments found at Dollar Tree are housewares, glassware, dinnerware, cleaning supplies, candy, snacks, food, health and beauty, toys, gifts, gift bags and wrap, party supplies, stationery, craft supplies, teaching supplies, books, seasonal décor, and more all at $1.00 or under.
