Waterbury, CT Charter Realty and Development has signed a lease with TJMaxx at the Brass Mill Commons. Brass Mill Commons is a 216,000 s/f power center owned by General Growth Properties. The center is anchored by Michael’s Arts & Crafts, Office Max, Toys R Us and Sav-A-Lot. It is located adjacent to Brass Mill Center.
The TJ Maxx store will be 22,889 s/f and is the 26th deal Charter has leased to TJX. TJMaxx is a division of TJX which also owns Marshall’s and HomeGoods
Charter Realty currently acts as tenant representative for over 23 retailers throughout the eastern U.S.
