The Feil Organization announced a new 18,119sf lease with Blink Fitness, a division of Equinox, at the concourse in the Bronx, NY.
The addition of the fitness center occurs during a major renovation and redevelopment of the approximately 228,000sf shopping center. The remodel includes both a physical facelift and a revamping of the center to create new space.
The future Blink Fitness will be located on three levels at 820 Concourse Plaza, a 60,000sf, five story office building that was recently constructed. It will feature 18,119sf of exercise space and equipment.
Fiel’s Randall Briskin, vice president of leasing, worked on the deal with Bill Miller, vice president of Real Estate for Blink Fitness and Peter Levine of Charter Realty.
