Charter Realty & Development is pleased to announce that it has leased a 25,677 SF space to Marshalls in the Plaza at Buckland Hills, located off I-84 in Manchester, CT. The Plaza at Buckland Hills is a 327,985 SF outdoor shopping center and is home to Big Lots, Michaels, Party City, Total Wine & More, Trader Joe’s and ULTA Beauty.
Marshalls is a chain of American off-price department stores owned by TJX Companies. Marshalls has over 1,000 American stores, covering 50 states, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, as well as 88 stores in Canada. Together with sister company T.J. Maxx, it is the largest off-price retailer of apparel and home fashions in the United States.
Charter Realty has completed more than 40 leases with TJX, the parent company of T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, HomeSense, and Sierra Trading Company.
Marshalls is expected to open in the Plaza at Buckland Hills in the fall of 2019.
