Charter Signs Deal with TJX in the Brass Mill Commons in Waterbury, CT
Charter Realty and Development is pleased to announce that it has signed a lease with TJMaxx at the Brass Mill Commons in Waterbury, CT. Brass Mill Commons is a 216,000sf power center owned by General Growth Properties. The Center is anchored by Michael’s Arts & Crafts, Office Max, Toys R Us and Sav-A-Lot. It is located adjacent to Brass Mill Center, which is a 1,202,000sf regional mall also owned by General Growth Properties. The Mall is anchored by Macy’s, JC Penney, Sears and Burlington Coat Factory.
The TJ Maxx store will be 22,889sf and is the 26th deal Charter has leased to TJX. TJMaxx is a division of TJX which also owns Marshall’s and HomeGoods
