Charter Realty and Development is pleased to announce that it has leased space in Westgate Shopping Center. Dunkin Donuts took 2,474sf and will be joining Shaw’s, CVS, Anytime Fitness, Bank of America, TD Bank North, and Advance Auto Parts. Dunkin Donuts will be replacing Tim Horton’s in the freestanding location with a drive thru. The center was recently renovated and is located along a heavily trafficked corridor. At one of the entrance’s, there is a signalized traffic light at the intersection of Congress St & Stevens St. The traffic count at this location is approximately 20,000 vehicles per day.
