Charter Realty & Development is pleased to announce that it has arranged 3 leases, totaling 11,501 square feet in the Lake Shore Plaza II Shopping Center located in Lake Ronkonkoma, NY. Charter Realty arranged for a 7,184 square foot lease with AutoZone, a 1,817 square foot lease with Verizon and a 2,500 square foot lease with Century 21.
