Charter Realty is pleased to announce that it has secured a lease for a 1,420sf Icy Rolls location at 64 LaSalle Road in West Hartford, CT.
The new Icy Rolls location is in the vicinity of CVS, Chipotle, Starbucks and H&R Block. The retail space is part of a redevelopment of a string of retail stores along LaSalle Road.
Icy Rolls sells several rolls of ice cream that are packed into a cup. The frozen treat is prepared in front of customers. The process consists of liquid ice cream being poured onto a surface below negative thirty degrees. Toppings are then added, and once the ice cream freezes, it is ready to be rolled into a cup for the customer.
