Dan Zelson of Charter Realty worked with Andrew Crocker of TJX Companies to find this ideal location to place the first Sierra Trading Post retail location in the Connecticut area. The Landlord was represented by David Hawley of Hawley Management Company

Sierra Trading Post will be joining HomeGoods, Marshall’s, Walmart and Staples in the Berkshire Shopping Center located at 67 Newtown Road in Danbury, CT.
Sierra Trading Post, acquired by TJX Companies in 2012, is an off-price retailer of brand name outdoor gear, family apparel and footwear, sporting goods and home fashions. Sierra Trading Post offers customers an ever-changing selection of merchandise for active families, at great value.
At the end of 2015, Sierra Trading Post operated 8 stores, averaging approximately 28,000 square feet in size, located in Colorado, Wyoming, California, Idaho and Vermont. Sierra Trading Post plans to open additional stores this year that integrate the value-driven outdoor concept of Sierra Trading Post with the successful off-price model for which TJX brands are known.
