The Lilac Mall is a 285,000 SF shopping center anchored by Hannaford and JCPenney, and also features additional co-tenants including Dollar Tree, Subway, H&R Block and Papa Gino’s. Lilac Mall is located on Route 125 and is owned by Kempner Corp.
Ocean State Job Lot is the largest closeout retailer in the Northeast. It opened its first store in 1977, and has since expanded to over 130 stores, located throughout New England, New York and New Jersey.
Ocean State Job Lot is expected to open at Lilac Mall in the Fall 2019.
