CRDC has Started Renovations in Fellsway Plaza – Medford, MA

Charter Realty & Development is proud to announce it has partnered with Regency Centers to improve and reposition the Fellsway Plaza in Medford, MA.  This long-standing Wellington Circle neighborhood shopping center will be revitalized to better serve the community and secure its future role as an area mainstay and commercial hub.  These comprehensive renovations began on April 7th and have an expected duration of approximately 16-weeks.  This work will include a new contemporary building façade, improved canopy and parking lot lighting, sidewalk repairs, sidewalk planters that will feature seasonal color, as well as other building envelope and utility service upgrades.  Overall safety, curb appeal and a diverse business mix are the focus and will be the net result of the project.
